Job Description:

This Business Analyst is a Junior Level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Job Responsibility:

Create Functional Requirements & User Stories after capturing Business Requirements
Data Mining and Transformation
Data Modelling, Mapping
Documentation and User Training
Validation and Testing in collaboration with Dev/QA/Operations
Work closely with Vendors, IT, PM, Operations partners and Stakeholders
Prioritise Effectively while under pressure, to produce high quality work
Develop Interfaces - Web GUI / API

Requirements:

SQL Proficiency
Understanding of Reference Data, Systems Integration and Data Cleansing with excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical skills, problem solving and writing skills
Solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications as well as test scripts
Experience/understanding of business process reengineering and business modelling concepts, business systems development and analysis
Proven interpersonal, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
Self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
1-5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree/University degree
