Requirements

High level of Revit & AutoCAD skills
Excellent knowledge of NBS Create/Chorus specification systems
Highly computer literate, skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite/Affinity applications

08+ years of experience in interior design
at least 03 years in hospitality
experience in commercial interior design or architecture is a strong advantage
prior experience in international project
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Master’s degree in Interior Design
minumum 01 recommendation letter from a hospitality brand (eg. Accor, Marriott International, InterContinental Hotels Group, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts)
must fluent written and spoken English and professionally work in English
be able to quickly learn and integrate into Vietnamese culture and the workflow of the company
willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on regulations, especially Vietnam building and fire codes
knowledgeable in materials, finishes, millwork design, FF&E, and OS&E

Job Responsibility

Lead and manage Interior Design team and implement directives from Studio Manager in providing services per scope, budget, and schedule
design, develop, and document concepts for interiors and space planning
sketch preliminary designs and produce visulizations from 3D models that reflect the proposed floor plans, RCPs, elevations, and FF&E
create design presentations, mood boards, and material boards/binders to help convey look and feel of design concepts to clients
supervise, develop, and mentor interior designers to promote a culture of design excellence and creativity
prepare design specifications and coordinate with Studio Manager and technical team to ensure project completion in compliance with design intent and technical accuracy
acquire and integrate necessary inputs from Clients, Business Development team, and Production team to ensure alignment with project scope and objectives
interface with clients and deliver design presentations to them
