Interior designer

• Survey existing conditions and collect design requirements from clients or the Business Department
• Develop interior/architectural design concepts that align with brand identity, functionality, and project budget
• Create 2D layout plans, 3D concept renderings, and select finishing materials, color schemes, and furniture
• Coordinate with the technical and construction teams to ensure the design concept can be feasibly implemented
• Participate in presenting design proposals to clients when required
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in interior design projects (experience in office, F&B, retail, show units, or school design is a plus)
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, etc.
• Good communication skills in English
