For over 30 years, we have been asserting the difference of a French culture and imagining new shopping experiences by combining a creative approach based on elegance, innovation and freedom of expression, applied to a multitude of retail professions: hotels and restaurants, spas, cosmetics, jewellery, department stores, shopping centres, mass distribution, food & beverage, travel retail, etc. We are looking for a talented Interior Designer who is pro-active, very creative and organized. You will be successful in this role if you are autonomous and able to handle world-class international and local projects from brief to execution. You will be responsible ensuring projects align with brand identity, customer experience, and operational needs. Your role involves a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and project management. Working under the supervision of the Design Director, you will work closely with a team of interior designers, graphic designers, 3D designers, digital strategists, technical support, and world-class creative directors. The ideal candidate will show a transversal expertise and combine creativity, technical knowledge, material understanding, and relationships with third party partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Utilize SketchUp, AutoCAD, and/or Rhino rendering tools for precise design execution
  • Develop groundbreaking and innovative concepts, crafting compelling presentation decks that blend creativity, luxury and mass-market aesthetic with brand storytelling
  • Design sophisticated store layouts, fixture placements, and visual merchandising for optimal flow and aesthetics
  • Collaborate with diverse projects teams, including in-house design teams, architects, contractors, and vendors to execute designs within budget and timeline
  • Ensure adherence to luxury retail standards, building codes, and sustainable design practices
  • Participate in cost estimates, material selection, and vendor negotiations to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Conduct store checks and gather facts, briefs, competitors, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Degree in Interior Designer, Architecture, or related field with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in delivering high quality concepts and projects in the retail and hospitality sectors
  • Exceptionally creative with a strong ability to develop innovative retail concepts and experiences, spanning various scales and formats, including both pop-up and permanent installations
  • Knowledge in construction, finishes, materials, manufacturing methods, and production processes
  • Knowledge of retail trends and best practices
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) and AutoCad
  • Skilled and expert in Rhino and SketchUp
  • Proficient in Enscape and/or VRay, Key Shot, and other 3D/creative softwares
  • Must be outgoing, engaged, and proactive, with a team mindset
  • Proficient in presentation software programs (Keynote / PowerPoint) and MS Office
  • Must be fluent in English (written & spoken)
