Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills on a variety of exciting projects within a diverse and growing team. You will be working alongside the Technical Lead on a significant commercial / private sector development comprising of multiple buildings. You will be working closely with our Creative Interior Design lead to respond to our clients’ needs and detail interior design proposals. With strong technical skills and the ability to communicate ideas though detailed drawing packages, you will be able to take responsibility for drawing output autonomously.

Job Responsibility:

Use your skills on a variety of exciting projects within a diverse and growing team
Work alongside the Technical Lead on a significant commercial / private sector development comprising of multiple buildings
Work closely with our Creative Interior Design lead to respond to our clients’ needs and detail interior design proposals
Take responsibility for drawing output autonomously

Requirements:

An interior architecture/interior design degree, or equivalent qualification technician qualification as an alternative
An ability to adapt to changing demands
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
Confident in production of technical design information and structuring of Revit models
Experience delivering projects through RIBA stages
Excellent product knowledge within Interior Design and the ability to produce detailed specification documents and schedules
Excellent time management and prioritisation of tasks
Ability to facilitate project design reviews
Knowledge of providing guidance to other consultants during design development / technical design stages and site teams during construction

Nice to have:

Commercial/private sector experience
Production of rendered visuals
Knowledge and application of AI tools
Projects delivered under traditional contract
