In this role, you’ll contribute creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to projects ranging from cutting-edge laboratories and research spaces to student-centered environments such as dining facilities, recreation and athletic spaces, and shared campus amenities. Job Responsibility:
Lead design and documentation from concept to construction completion for diverse projects ranging from small to large
Advise clients and team on materials and finish options throughout the design process
Build strong relationships with clients by meeting their needs and specifications
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
Foster a respectful and engaging studio culture that reflects Baskervill's commitment to thoughtful, mission driven design
Execute the approved concept, reliably translating the design intent into Revit utilizing our firm standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree from an CIDA-accredited institution
4+ years of professional interior design experience
Proficiency in Revit
NCIDQ certification
Nice to have:
Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms including but not limited to: SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Office 365
