As Interior Design Lead at BVH, you’re part of an agile team that lets you flex your skillset and learn from others. Our teams wear lots of hats, which is something we really love. We get to work closely with our clients, creating lasting relationships and projects that serve communities for years to come.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and grow our interiors group
Nurture client relationships and promote BVH interiors within the industry
Mentor and develop our interior design staff
Be a leading voice for design excellence firm-wide
Responsible for the successful completion of both interiors projects and serving on integrated design teams for architecture projects
Responsible tasks include concept designs, presentations, renderings and construction documents, as well as assisting with construction administration
Oversee or act as project manager on interiors projects, or coordinate with the project manager and design team on architectural projects

Requirements:

12+ years experience in interior design
5+ years leading others in a design studio or practice
Experience developing client relationships and project leads
Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
Strong portfolio of previous work
Bachelors/Masters degree in interior design or equivalent
NCIDQ certification
Working knowledge of Revit, Microsoft Office, and 3D software

Nice to have:

LEED, WELL, or other sustainability credentials are desirable
