Interior Design Coworker

• Create inspiring home furnishing solutions in room settings, vignettes, and sales areas that reflect the IKEA identity
• Translate customer insights into locally relevant and commercial home furnishing solutions
• Contribute to a Showroom matrix that showcases various styles, price levels, and living situations
• Stay updated on trends in home furnishing and retail to drive creativity and innovation
• Ensure high-quality and cost-conscious implementation of all range presentations
• Work closely with the Com&In team and other departments to execute the store's action plan
• Keep the visitor experience in mind, ensuring a visually appealing, safe, and engaging shopping environment

• Education in interior design
• Visual competence with strong sense of aesthetics
• Ability to draw, visualize, and present ideas
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other relevant design software
• Basic communication skills in English
• Flexible and hands-on approach to responsibilities
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration
