Job Description

You will join the Studies Department, a team specializing in the design of tertiary, residential or logistics building layouts. In this organization, you are in charge of the spatial programming and architectural design of projects. You are mainly involved in the design phases of the project (Collection of needs, Feasibility, Pre-project, DCE) and also in pre-sales.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze existing buildings, surfaces and their efficiency, including regulatory and capacity aspects
  • Conduct interviews / Programming workshops & Gathering of needs
  • Propose optimizations and new ways of working
  • Establish a target program, detailing in terms of square meters and recommendations the future needs and operations
  • Establish customer specifications, resulting from the design (or co-design) workshops
  • Carry out development on all phases (Macro and Micro-Zoning Phases & space planning)
  • Define the architectural common thread and production of graphic pieces (plans, sections, details and 3D perspectives) of the APS / APD / PRO-DCE phases

Requirements

  • Trained as an Interior Architect
  • Perfect command of the technical aspects of buildings
  • Perfect command of the regulations for use in terms of development (Labour Code, IGH, ERP, Disabled Accessibility)
  • Perfect command of Excel
  • Perfect command of Autocad
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in tertiary spaces
  • Solid knowledge in programming
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to lead design workshops
  • Appreciate teamwork
  • Proactive
  • Sense of listening and service
  • Good knowledge of Revit
