We are looking for an accomplished finance leader to guide the financial direction of our division in Catoosa, Oklahoma. This Long-term Contract position will lead core finance activities including reporting, planning, operational support, and cash flow oversight while serving as a trusted advisor to divisional leadership. The role is ideal for someone who can combine strong accounting discipline with commercial insight to improve performance, strengthen controls, and support sound business decisions. This is a 3+ month contract position. 100% ONSITE in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Client will pay for travel and lodging in Tulsa.
Job Responsibility
Direct divisional accounting operations, ensuring balance sheet integrity, reliable reconciliations, and an efficient month-end close process
Produce accurate financial statements and management reporting in line with established accounting policies and compliance expectations
Oversee percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and cost tracking so project financials are recorded correctly throughout the contract lifecycle
Lead the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and broader accounting teams, providing direction, accountability, and process oversight
Manage audit readiness and internal control activities to reduce risk, maintain compliance, and support strong governance
Drive the annual budget, forecasting, and longer-range planning cycles, aligning financial plans with operational and corporate objectives
Evaluate results against plan through variance analysis, dashboards, and performance reporting that highlight trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Partner with operations, supply chain, and procurement leaders to identify savings opportunities, improve efficiency, and enhance overall profitability
Provide financial analysis for capital investment decisions, including business case modeling, return evaluation, and post-performance tracking
Review product costing, margin analysis, and project cash flow assumptions to help ensure profitable and cash-positive business execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Certification such as CPA, CMA, or MBA is required
At least 7 years of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, month-end close, and cash flow planning
Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance measurement in a complex business environment
Prior experience in a manufacturing or product-based organization is strongly preferred
Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across functions in a fast-paced, international business setting
Proficiency with SAP and a solid understanding of accounting controls and finance best practices
