Job Description:

The town of Brookfield is seeking an experienced Interim Town Administrator to work 18 to 35 hours per week, depending upon experience and availability, until a permanent Town Administrator is hired. Salary is $42,120 to $100,100 annually, depending on experience and hours worked. The Town Administrator performs complex professional, administrative and management work in providing daily control over ongoing town activities, as well as assisting and advising the Select Board to discharge the duties of their office. Providing executive leadership, in areas of policy formulation, fiscal affairs, labor relations, and organizational development, the Town Administrator acts as the agent for the Select Board.
