Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized healthcare leadership firm, is pleased to announce an exciting engagement opportunity for an Interim System Payroll Manager with a leading healthcare organization in Wisconsin. In this role, the Interim System Payroll Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the payroll department and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Corporate Finance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience within an accounting department

  • Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-state payroll operations, including tax law compliance, compensation issues, and related responsibilities
