This is a hands-on, high-impact interim opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor ready to step into a visible, business-facing role during a period of organisational change. Supporting our UK portfolio, you'll work closely with senior leaders to deliver a structured, compliant and people-focused approach to change, while continuing to strengthen how we manage employee relations across the business. You'll be joining at a point where pace, judgement and credibility really matter. There's a clear programme of activity in place, but success in this role will come down to how you build relationships, bring clarity to complexity and create consistency in how people decisions are made.
Job Responsibility
Coordinating and supporting town hall sessions and consultation activity
leading or advising on individual consultation meetings
ensuring feedback is captured, assessed and responded to in a thoughtful and structured way
working across job evaluation and scoring
supporting interview and selection activity where needed
helping leaders communicate outcomes clearly and fairly
coordinating appeals, ensuring a smooth and well-governed process from start to finish
acting as a trusted partner on day-to-day employee relations matters
coaching leaders to approach people challenges with confidence, balancing policy, best practice and commercial context
playing a part in shaping how we approach people matters more broadly, helping to embed a culture of early intervention
Requirements
Operating at HR Advisor level, with strong experience across employee relations and organisational change
comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to balance structured project work with the day-to-day needs of the business
solid understanding of UK employment legislation and confident managing consultation processes
ability to apply this in a practical and commercially aware way
calm, considered and solutions-focused approach
ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels
ability to build trust quickly and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care
knows when to challenge, when to support, and how to adapt approach depending on what the situation needs
