Job Description:

We are actively working with an amazing company in the professional services industry is looking for a strong Senior FP&A Analyst with a strong background in Power BI report creation to join their team on a project basis for the next 6 months. This urgent hire is driven by a value-add, reporting & database development project.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating Power BI dashboards from scratch
  • Identifying value add KPIs
  • Navigating Salesforce along with other disparate systems
  • Communicating with various cross-functional leaders to effectively listen to the operational/business level KPI needs and create supporting reports in Power BI

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or related fields
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience, with a focus on sales and revenue forecasting in a Professional Services environment
  • Experience sorting through large amounts of historical data (from multiple sources) to create/update Power BI reports
  • Experience with Salesforce including Opportunities and creating/manipulating Customer Reports
  • Advanced Excel skills: PTs, lookups, financial modeling, trend analysis, Power Query

Nice to have:

  • Experience working through M&A and due diligence processes
  • Subscription, SaaS, or ARR environment experience
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership
