Job Responsibility:

  • Perform and clean up cash and bank reconciliations across multiple entities
  • Support month-end and year-end close (7 business days or faster)
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations and support accruals
  • Assist with reconciliation backlogs without disrupting day-to-day close activities
  • Collaborate with a distributed accounting team in a remote-first environment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Staff or Senior Accountant
  • Strong experience with cash and bank reconciliations
  • Experience working within a mid-to-large ERP environment
  • Proven ability to meet tight close deadlines

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, not required

Nice to have:

  • Experience improving or streamlining reconciliation processes
  • ERP experience such as JD Edwards
  • Exposure to reconciliation tools (e.g., FloQast)
  • Experience with inventory, credit card, accrued AP, or operating account reconciliations
  • Sales tax exposure
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry
What we offer:
  • Immediate impact during a critical close period
  • Clear scope with potential for extension or longer-term opportunity
  • Flexible work arrangement based on location and long-term interest
  • Supportive leadership focused on setting the team—and you—up for success
