Our client is an organisation in Belgium’s insurance sector, dedicated to supporting medical and paramedical professionals—from pharmacists and doctors to nurses and physical therapists. With a mission rooted in solidarity and tailored services, they aim to provide effective solutions across pension planning, insurance, and investment products. We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Partnership & Event Manager to join their team. In this key role, you will act as the essential bridge between strategic direction and operational excellence, managing partner-driven events from planning through execution. You will report directly to the Head of Growth and play a vital role in ensuring every partner initiative delivers tangible value and impact.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and execute external partner events that align with business goals and audience needs
Act as the main contact point for external partners, translating shared objectives into well-executed sessions and experiences
Work closely with the Head of Growth to define an event roadmap including topics, cadence and scheduling
Craft and implement comprehensive communication plans to maximise event visibility and engagement
Lead coordination with internal teams (MarCom, design, content) to ensure timely and consistent execution
Gather data and insights post-event to analyse performance and share recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Ambition to further develop your career in event strategy and partner relationship management within the insurance or healthcare services sector
Several years of solid experience in partnership development and event management, ideally in B2B or high-growth environments
Past experience in insurance, finance, or the healthcare ecosystem is a plus
You’re at your best when independently driving projects and balancing strategy with hands-on delivery
Your strengths are project coordination, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement
Working experience with digital tools for content, events and communications is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills are needed in this job
Strong communication skills (written and oral) in Dutch and French (both mandatory), and English
Nice to have:
Past experience in insurance, finance, or the healthcare ecosystem
