Job Description:

Join a Massachusetts hospital as their next Interim Nurse Manager, Med Surg! The Interim Nurse Manager, Med/Surg, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the 46-bed department. This leader will lead approximately 67+ total FTEs throughout Med/Surg, Telemetry, Intermediate Care, and Overflow units. The Interim Nurse Manager will focus on improving KPIs, providing process improvement feedback, mentorship, and must bring strong communication skills to ensure a strong and positive work environment. This leader will assess current needs throughout the department and will strive to implement and maintain process improvement initiatives. Seeking an experienced, visible leader with a strong med/surg and/or telemetry background. Must have strong leadership skills while also being a compassionate leader. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Active MA RN license is required
