Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, this pivotal role focuses on maintaining excellence during the night shift.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining excellence during the night shift

  • Overseeing critical quality audits
  • Serving as a clinical mentor
  • Guiding staff in the expert management of changes in resident conditions

Requirements:

  • BSN preferred
  • Active RN license in California
