A California hospital is seeking their next Interim Neonatal Clinical Nurse Specialist! The Interim Neonatal Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for the 24-hour oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the NICU. The Interim Neonatal Clinical Nurse Specialist will collaborate closely with the Nurse Educator while focusing on ongoing departmental initiatives including skills assessments, clinical policy developments, discharge planning, and education. This leader will demonstrate a patient-centered mindset, compassion, excellent communication skills, and will focus highly on the individual needs of both patient and staff experience. Ideal candidates will be collaborative leaders who will develop, maintain, and foster positive working relationships and will lead onboarding and training initiatives throughout the department. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
Master’s degree is required
