Job Description

Join a Georgia hospital as their next Interim Manager of Care Management! An Interim Manager of Care Management is needed to oversee the day-to-day operations pertaining to discharge planning and care management. The Interim Manager of Care Management will oversee approximately 15+ FTEs. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, operational leadership, financial management, and driving performance improvement while overseeing programs that support safe patient transitions and effective post-acute care placement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading complex care management operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional teams in a healthcare setting. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance. Compensation Range: $150,000 to $165,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Active RN, LMSW, and/or LCSW is required
  • CCM and/or ACM is strongly preferred
