Interim Manager MS 365 (Endpoint Management) - 6+ months - Remote and on site in Poland - Start ASAP. For our international client we are looking for an Interim Manager in MS365 Endpoint Management. You will act as the technical Interim Manager/Lead across MS365 with focus in Endpoint Management (Intune, SCCM).

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as Interim Manager/technical lead for MS365 Endpoint Management
  • Lead and manage internal global technical team in MS365 (Intune, SCCM)
  • Support team in prioritization and completion of technical tasks
  • ITIL implementation
  • Quality Management
  • Escalation and Risk Management
  • Status updates
  • Advise client on best practice for implementation and roll out of Endpoint Management
  • Continuously improve user experience, increase reliability of services, and encourage wider use of digital tools
  • Regular coordination with the team and management

Requirements:

  • Strong project experience as an interim manager/technical lead within the MS365 space
  • Previous hands-on experience in MS365 with focus on Endpoint Management (Intune & SCCM)
  • Project experience in managing MS365 technical teams (Intune & SCCM)
  • ITIL experience
  • Proven project experience in managing a global technical team
  • Experience in making team management decisions
  • Strong people management experience and strong communication skills
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry - preferred
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have:

  • agile project experience
  • hands-on experience with OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams implementations
