An Interim Manager, Case Management is needed to provide day-to-day leadership for a hospital-based care management team, ensuring effective cross-continuum care coordination and patient-centered services. Reports to the Vice President of Case Management. This leader will oversee 23 FTEs. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day leadership for a hospital-based care management team
Ensure effective cross-continuum care coordination and patient-centered services
Manage care coordination operations
Partner with physicians and market leaders to improve patient outcomes
Collaborate closely with Utilization Management and Revenue Cycle teams
Mentor staff
Stabilize team performance through strong leadership and accountability
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
MSN, PhD, DNP, or ARNP preferred
Active Washington State or Compact RN license required
Three years of progressive leadership experience and five years of relevant clinical experience required
Experience collaborating with Utilization Management and Revenue Cycle strongly preferred
Nice to have:
