Job Description:

An Interim Manager, Case Management is needed to provide day-to-day leadership for a hospital-based care management team, ensuring effective cross-continuum care coordination and patient-centered services. Reports to the Vice President of Case Management. This leader will oversee 23 FTEs. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership for a hospital-based care management team
  • Ensure effective cross-continuum care coordination and patient-centered services
  • Manage care coordination operations
  • Partner with physicians and market leaders to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with Utilization Management and Revenue Cycle teams
  • Mentor staff
  • Stabilize team performance through strong leadership and accountability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
  • MSN, PhD, DNP, or ARNP preferred
  • Active Washington State or Compact RN license required
  • Three years of progressive leadership experience and five years of relevant clinical experience required
  • Experience collaborating with Utilization Management and Revenue Cycle strongly preferred
