Job Responsibility
Prepare and analyse financial reports to support management decisions
Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and operational improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data reporting
Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function
Support audits and liaise with external stakeholders as required
Requirements
A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or Qualified By Experience
Proven experience in accounting and finance within the industrial/manufacturing industry
Strong technical skills with financial systems and reporting tools
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements
