This organization encompasses three hospitals, 13 medical practices, a Cancer Center, a Rehabilitation Center, and a Healthcare Foundation, offering a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Current North Carolina Medical Technologist license
  • Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience within a hospital or health system
  • Proven success in managing service lines, including fiscal oversight, human capital management, strategic planning, operational leadership across multiple clinical areas, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association at time of hire
