We’re partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven global technology organization seeking an Interim HRIS Integrations Analyst to support a highly visible HR Operations function during a critical transition period. This is a hands-on, systems-focused opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of HR, systems integrations, automation, reporting, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment. The organization operates with a high level of ownership, autonomy, and collaboration, and is looking for someone who can quickly step in, stabilize workflows, and drive meaningful impact with minimal ramp-up time.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting and maintaining HRIS integrations between systems including Rippling, Greenhouse ATS, BambooHR, and ERP platforms
Automating workflows and improving data flow between HR, recruiting, and financial systems
Building and maintaining HR dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations using Power BI and Excel
Troubleshooting integration and data issues while partnering closely with IT and internal stakeholders
Managing HR data audits, workflow enhancements, reporting automation, and backend system configurations
Supporting onboarding/offboarding workflows, permissions, user access, and system maintenance
Creating and improving SOPs, process documentation, and operational workflows
Assisting with reporting requests, analytics, and operational process improvements across the People Operations team
Working within a fast-paced, highly collaborative global environment with multiple concurrent priorities
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Systems, HR Operations Technology, or HR Systems Integrations roles
Hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS
Experience integrating HRIS, ATS, and/or ERP systems
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tools
Experience supporting reporting automation, workflows, and data integrations
Experience working with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or similar systems
Ability to independently troubleshoot system and integration issues
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
Ability to quickly step into an existing environment and operate with minimal training
Nice to have:
NetSuite or other large ERP system experience
Experience integrating HR and financial data/reporting
Exposure to coding or automation tools such as Python, HTML, or similar
Experience in mid-sized, high-growth, or tech-driven organizations
