We are looking for an HR Operations Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract to lead HR service delivery across a diverse telecoms workforce. Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage a small HR team and drive efficient, compliant, and digitally enabled HR operations that enhance the employee experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, offboarding, and HR advice
  • Improve HR processes by introducing automation and digital tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Monitor HR service performance using KPIs and take action to drive continuous improvement
  • Act as an escalation point for complex HR queries from HR Advisors and the wider business
  • Produce HR reports and insights to support workforce planning and leadership decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, data security, sponsorship, and governance requirements
  • Support and educate managers on HR policies, compliance, and best practice
  • Lead, coach, and allocate work across the HR Operations team to ensure effective delivery
