Job Description

NatureMetrics is looking for a senior Interim Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing function through a critical and fast-moving period of commercial growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can hit the ground running, bringing strategic clarity, executional rigour and the confidence to make decisions quickly in an environment where the pace is high and the expectations are higher. You will inherit a small, ambitious team and a strong strategic foundation, but this is not a maintenance role. The Marketing Team is motivated and hard-working, but will benefit from the structure, mentorship and senior expertise that an experienced leader brings, raising the bar on output quality and helping the team grow into a higher level of performance. A genuine curiosity for our mission and the ability to translate it into compelling, credible communications is essential.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and refine the marketing roadmap, ensuring tight alignment to commercial priorities
  • Lead development of clear, compelling narratives across technically complex subject matter
  • Provide clear direction, priorities and accountability to the Marketing Team
  • Drive go-to-market execution for upcoming product launches
  • Oversee multi-channel demand generation activity and delivery of sales enablement tools
  • Maintain high quality bar across all communications and content
  • Work closely with CEO, Sales, Science and Product Teams
  • Maintain rigorous reporting cadence for Executive Leadership Team tracking KPIs

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Marketing with 3–5 years at leadership level, ideally within a scientific, technical or regulated sector
  • Demonstrable experience handling complex, multi-audience messaging — including technical, commercial and policy stakeholders
  • Previous interim or transitional leadership experience is highly desirable
  • Expert-level HubSpot user with strong command of modern marketing analytics tools
