Job Responsibility:

  • Lead governance activities to align with organisational goals and compliance requirements
  • Manage and advise on governance structure and best practises, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory bodies

  • Support the EDI Committee in executing the College's external EDI plan

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in governance within a membership or not-for-profit setting
  • Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders on governance-related strategic decisions

  • Experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and formal writing skills
  • Ability to influence and maintain the confidence of senior stakeholders
