Job Description

Interim Group Financial Controller | High Growth Professional Services Business | Midlands. The role is ideal for an adaptable Financial Controller or Head of Finance who is experienced in the professional services space. This position will be responsible for the end-to-end finance function, so a strong background in internal controls, accounting, and reporting is essential, alongside a willingness to remain hands on with transactional finance, including AP and AR.

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Comfortable taking responsibility for an entire finance function
  • A willingness to roll up sleeves and get hands on with finance
  • Strong knowledge of multicurrency accounting
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in professional services
