Interim Financial Controller

Interim Financial Controller | Fintech Scale-Up | 6-9 Months. Harmonic are delighted to be working with a rapidly scaling Fintech Scale-Up to find them a Financial Controller on an initial 6 or 9 month interim contract, with the potential for it to become permanent thereafter. Our client has developed breakthrough technology which is used by world leading financial institutions across the UK, US, and beyond. Team collaboration is important for them, especially during this interim period as the company enters a significant period of growth. They are therefore looking for someone who is open to a hybrid working model, where they can collaborate with the wider finance team and across departments. The Role: This role reports directly into the CFO and will manage a lean finance team directly. This role is essential for overseeing the day-to-day finance function and ensuring compliance within a regulated industry. The role will have technical elements to it which requires a deep understanding of statutory reporting, audit and tax. Given they are an international business, they require an experienced candidate with a background in consolidating accounts for businesses based in both the UK & US.
