Interim Financial Controller

Interim Financial Controller | High-Growth Tech Scale-Up | Cambridge/Hybrid. Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly scaling, deep-tech business based in Cambridge in their search for an experienced Interim Financial Controller on a 6-month contract. The business has built significant momentum internationally with strong backing from leading investors and continues to grow both in scale and organisational complexity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoys elevating financial reporting, commercial insight, and FP&A capability. The Role: Reporting into the CFO, you will lead the finance function alongside a small team, taking ownership of the financial close cycle, driving consistency and control, and playing a key role in developing the business' planning and performance functions. You'll be hands-on across statutory and management reporting, year-end delivery, forecasting, and commercial partnering, while embedding scalable processes across the team.
