Job Responsibility

Drive group consolidations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting from local GAAP into IFRS
Ownership and preparation of financial statements for European entities
Ownership of the monthly, quarterly, and annual preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements
Point of contact for all IFRS related questions from auditors, finance team members, and management
Implement and maintain robust, scalable finance processes to support international operations
Partner with the Director of Finance on ad hoc initiatives, providing financial insight and recommendations
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve controls, and support decision-making at the group level

Requirements

Qualified with a minimum 5+ years industry experience working in a busy finance team for a global company with experience with the US taxes
Knowledge and experience of all parts of a modern finance team
A good understanding of IFRS and tax is desirable
Comfortable in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
Must have strong communication skills and digital literacy, and experience working hybrid/ remote within a team

Completing and submitting various reports such as ONS reports in a timely manner
Aid in the production of UK and international Sales tax returns
Support the production of various foreign entity statutory accounts
Aid in the production of foreign entity tax returns in particular US
Support with tax matters for various foreign entities such as R&D tax credits
Keep up to date PSA and assist with payroll reporting as required
Support and develop the production of department MI
