Job Description:

We are recruiting an Interim Finance Operations Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary finance operations function within a complex environment, for a period of at least 3 months. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant and customer-focused financial services while driving process improvement and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Finance Operations, ensuring strong controls, service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Manage Credit Control, Customer Accounts and AP
  • Drive performance, coach managers and develop teams
  • Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory and internal control frameworks
  • Lead and contribute to projects and system/process improvements
  • Analyse and report on operational and financial data to inform decision-making
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and senior leaders

Requirements:

  • Qualified finance professional (or equivalent experience)
  • Significant experience in finance operations within a complex organisation
  • Proven track record managing large teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, internal controls and financial compliance

  • Take responsibility for compliance with regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and internal audit protocols within Finance Operations
  • Oversee the maintenance of controls, policies, and procedures related to segregation of duties, transaction management, and supporting documentation
  • Drive the development of a high-performing, globally cohesive finance operations team and establish best-in-class processes
