Job Responsibility:
Managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring strong financial controls are maintained
Reviewing monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, and control account movements
Managing relationships with outsourced finance providers to ensure service quality and accountability
Supporting quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
Monitoring cash flow, bad debt exposure, and multi-currency financial activity
Supporting partnership profit share calculations and related reporting activities
Reviewing revenue recognition and resolving discrepancies across financial data
Supporting payroll oversight, compliance activities, and external reporting requirements
Driving continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and reporting tools
Identifying opportunities for automation and simplification across finance operations
Producing insightful financial analysis to support strategic and commercial decision-making
Supporting and advising stakeholders across the wider business on finance-related matters
Maintaining process documentation and supporting knowledge transfer across the organisation
Requirements:
Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
