Job Description:

This is a senior leadership position with strategic influence, ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who can confidently lead at executive level. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, this role leads on all financial aspects of the business, advising senior leaders, providing financial insight and leading on negotiations with commercial businesses.

Job Responsibility:

Leadership and oversight of the finance function, including all financial planning and statutory reporting
Ensuring financial ownership of a new ERP implementation project and taking an active role in data related decisions
Leading on commercial negotiations with new and existing external partners including property reviews, pricing and long-term strategy
Develop and lead a high-performing finance team
Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive and Board members

Requirements:

Qualified accountant with extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles
Strong commercial and strategic financial acumen
Experience of working with Boards and senior stakeholders
A collaborative leadership style and commitment to purpose-led work
