Job Description:

Are you an expert at Events Management (both large corporate and online events)? Do you have experience working for an international professional services company? Then we are looking for you!! We are working with one of our favourite clients who are looking for a senior Events Manager to run their EMEA events in person and online. The role is exciting and fast-paced and they are one of the top professional services firms in the UK!

Job Responsibility:

Leading sponsorship management to align with strategic goals
Collaborating with partners to define event objectives and messaging
Coordinating logistics to ensure seamless operations
Managing a Senior Events and Conferences Specialist for high-quality delivery
Overseeing the EMEA events calendar for optimal scheduling
Evaluating event performance through defined ROI metrics
Travel up to 15% to manage on-site events
Foster strong relationships with internal and external clients and vendors
Support special projects within the broader Marketing & Business Development team

Requirements:

A qualification in marketing, business, event management, or related field or equivalent
Strong experience in an events role, preferably in a professional services firm
Excellent project management and multitasking skills
A client service-oriented mindset, ready to tackle challenges with a smile
Proficiency with event management tools like Cvent, On24, AND Marketo
