Job Description

BrainWorks Interim is supporting a growing company that is working through a rapid transformation to revamp the five-year strategic plan and they are in need of a strong interim leader within the FP&A department. This is a global organization with a exciting growth targets and this role will be integral to providing leadership and clear financial information for strategic decisions, both ST and LT. This is a remote position but will require some travel to Tulsa, OK. BrainWorks has worked with this CFO for previous placements, and he is a fantastic leader. He would like someone to start by 6/1 or ASAP thereafter.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide leadership and clear financial information for strategic decisions, both ST and LT
  • Lead FP&A department

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience including leadership level experience (Director or VP)
  • Experience leading FP&A in a $250M+ transportation, fleet, rental, hotel, or retail environment
  • Experience translating financial insights into strategic action across multiple departments
  • Experience presenting directly to Executives and/or BOD
  • Advanced Excel skills including the ability to create 3-statement financial models, sensitivity forecasting models, waterfalls, and other financial modeling tools from scratch
  • Experience managing a team of at least 2 employees

  • Experience with SAP and Great Plains
