Job Description

Interim Registered Manager to provide leadership across two small residential services supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs and behaviours that challenge. This is a 3-month assignment supporting operational oversight, regulatory compliance, and service stability.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight across two residential services
  • Ensure services remain compliant with CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
  • Support and supervise staff teams to maintain high-quality care
  • Monitor service performance, quality and operational standards
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain positive relationships with families, professionals and commissioners

Requirements

  • Experience managing Learning Disability and/or Mental Health services
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
  • Experience leading and supporting care teams
  • Level 4/5 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence or ability to travel
