Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized healthcare leadership firm, is pleased to announce an exciting engagement opportunity for an Interim Corporate Finance Director (Health Plan) with a leading healthcare organization in Wisconsin. This position reports directly to the President of Corporate Finance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the payroll department
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field required
  • master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5 to 10 years of health plan experience in financial analysis activities, including forecasting and budgeting
  • Minimum of five years of experience in financial management, investment management, and debt financing, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Insurance and/or healthcare industry experience
