This position reports directly to the President of Corporate Finance.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the payroll department
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field required
master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5 to 10 years of health plan experience in financial analysis activities, including forecasting and budgeting
Minimum of five years of experience in financial management, investment management, and debt financing, preferably in a healthcare setting
Insurance and/or healthcare industry experience
