Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency during an important organizational period. Your expertise in cash flow management, payroll, and financial systems will play a key role in maintaining operational stability and supporting strategic goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage organizational costs and expenses, ensuring proper oversight and alignment with financial objectives
  • Coordinate monthly financial close processes, collaborating with the International Controller to ensure timely and accurate consolidation using tools like Excel
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, overseeing treasury functions such as line of credit management and cash forecasting
  • Supervise payroll operations for a small team, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution
  • Oversee vendor payment processes, ensuring invoices are managed efficiently and deadlines are met
  • Optimize the use of financial systems, particularly QuickBooks Online, and support data enhancement and consolidation efforts in Excel
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare necessary reports to support organizational transparency
  • Participate in finance-related projects and provide administrative support as needed to address emerging priorities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in treasury management, including cash forecasting and line of credit oversight
  • Advanced proficiency with financial systems such as QuickBooks Online and Excel, including experience with consolidations and detailed reporting
  • Demonstrated expertise in payroll operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy for small teams
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow management processes and the ability to create reliable forecasts
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with vendor payment processes and financial reporting requirements
