Interim Controller – SAP S/4 Hana Implementation

A growing construction company is seeking an experienced Controller to support a critical SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role will partner with finance leadership and IT to own the post–go-live SAP S/4HANA environment, focusing on stabilization, optimization, and enhancements. The Controller will oversee financial workflows, controls, and data integrity while supporting project accounting, percentage-of-completion accounting, and revenue recognition. This role is ideal for a senior finance professional with hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience in a construction or project-based environment who can bridge controllership, systems, and IT. The position is ideally hybrid in Pennsauken, NJ, though fully remote candidates will be considered with periodic travel to New Jersey.
