Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 5–10 years of experience in commercial contracts, leases, and real estate litigation to join the legal department of a growing company. This position will support the CLO and GC and offers a collaborative team environment, excellent benefits, and competitive compensation. The role is primarily on-site while acclimating, with the option for 1–2 days remote per week. In-house and Law firm candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review, draft, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts, leases, software agreements, and other legal documents for various departments in the manufacturing and energy space
  • Collaborate with managers to implement protocols and propose protective revisions
  • Assist attorneys with contract disputes, breaches, and other legal matters
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, including OSHA, when applicable
  • Streamline processes and implement effective systems to improve workflow efficiency
  • Provide clear and concise written and verbal communication across the organization
  • Apply strong conflict resolution, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all matters

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house role with a focus on commercial contracts, real estate, and leases
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to evolving workflows and take initiative on process improvements
