Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing children's teams or services
  • NVQ level 5 in leaderships and management or equivalent
  • on call on rota to support the service will be required
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Passion for child development, inclusion, and well-being
  • Driver is essential for this role
