Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support and guide Xolo’s financial operations and strategic decision-making. This role will work closely with the leadership team to ensure strong financial governance, reliable reporting, and data-driven insights to support the company’s continued growth. The role duration is 10 months.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with the leadership team to provide strategic financial insight and data-driven guidance for key business decisions
  • Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario planning to support company growth and operational planning
  • Prepare and present financial strategies and insights for management, board, and investors
  • Oversee the company’s financial management, accounting, payroll, risk management, and controlling functions across the company and its subsidiaries
  • Supervise internal finance teams and manage external accounting and payroll partners
  • Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and risk management practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership role
  • Strong background in financial reporting, accounting, and corporate finance
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience working with startups, scaleups, or technology companies is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to translate financial data into clear strategic insights to support leadership decisions
  • Experience managing finance teams and external accounting or payroll partners
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and supporting executive decision-making
