Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced AP/AR Accounting Manager to support an immediate opening driven by an upcoming retirement. This role is open to interim candidates and is critical to maintaining continuity and operational leadership across core accounting functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leadership and ownership of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Credit
  • Hands-on involvement in daily accounting operations while managing the team
  • Oversight of credit applications and lines of credit
  • Step into day-to-day operational leadership following limited coverage during an Oracle-focused period
  • Mentor and develop a collaborative, execution-minded accounting team

Requirements:

  • Oracle experience is critical
  • Strong Excel proficiency
  • Demonstrated AP/AR leadership, including Collections and Credit
  • Strong operational ownership within Oracle
  • Collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves management style
