Job Description

We are seeking an analytical and collaborative individual to oversee intercompany and transfer pricing activities across VOIS and Vodafone Group entities. This role involves ensuring accuracy of service charges and compliance with OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines, working closely with tax, legal and finance partners. The candidate will support VOIS’s commercialisation transformation by optimising models and processes, strengthening financial controls, and enhancing visibility of charging and reporting mechanisms for internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Support VOIS intercompany governance by preparing, managing and documenting processes, ensuring all applicable intercompany flows are aligned and communicated appropriately
  • Own and maintain the inbound VOIS cost-plus charging model, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across VOIS hub finance teams
  • Develop consistent, transparent reporting to provide financial insights to VOIS stakeholders, including Financial Controllers, FP&A and Business Partners
  • Contribute to VOIS’s transformation journey by leading process improvements, implementing robust controls, and advancing simplification and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate continuously with the Group INCA team to ensure VOIS costs are recovered through appropriate mechanisms aligned with governance and business requirements
