Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has opened for an Interactive Operations Executive to join our client’s growing team. You will help manage day-to-day operations in the online betting and iGaming space, working closely with customers and internal teams to keep things running smoothly. If you enjoy fast-paced tasks, clear communication, and solving problems, you could be the right fit. You will help our client build trusted relationships with clients, triage issues, and track metrics to measure success. We are looking for someone who thrives in a growing, regulated environment. In this role you will help manage support flows, onboarding, and client communication, ensuring a high level of service and timely responses across channels. You will document processes, contribute to the knowledge base, and assist with onboarding new customers to reduce friction and speed up setup.
