The Interactive Content Specialist is responsible for creating and uploading interactive materials to support high-quality educational products, following tasks assigned by the Interactive Content Lead and Quality Control Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct Quality Control checks on interactive products and services to ensure that they meet industry standards and regulations
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of interactive products and services
Communicate interactive content issues and results to relevant stakeholders
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Basic knowledge of Quality Control methodologies, tools and best practices
Basic computer and online technology experience
Nice to have:
Knowledge of content management software
Ability to adapt when formatting changes arise
Excellent mental flexibility in order to align with project priorities
Experience with content management software is preferred
Relevant industry-recognized certifications are encouraged
