Minimum 5 years of experience in interactive experience UX, interaction design, or design of immersive environments or UX interaction design (portfolio is essential)
Concrete experience in projects that take place in the real world (installations, events, immersive spaces, physical environments) and mastery of hybrid pathways (physical + digital)
Solid experience in planning, directing, and analyzing user tests
Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC) and ease in communicating ideas via wireframes, user journeys, diagrams, and prototypes

Job Responsibility

Propose, test, and iterate interactive solutions based on user observation, group dynamics, and game psychology
Identify risks and friction points related to the experience and recommend realistic, elegant, and innovative solutions
Develop visual concepts: storyboards, moodboards, interaction diagrams, interfaces, and mock-ups
Design interactive prototypes (narrative, technological, immersive) and structure user flows, wireframes, and functional diagrams when relevant
Set up user tests, analyze behaviors, and consolidate these learnings in an internal knowledge base
Contribute to the definition and documentation of best practices in interactive experience, UX, and participatory design
Ensure the governance of an internal reference library: templates, interaction patterns, testing standards
