Job Responsibility

  • Elicit, analyze, and structure business needs, objectives, and constraints into clear and actionable intent definitions
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to clarify intent, expected outcomes, rules, and decision criteria
  • Translate business intent into structured requirements, user stories, decision models, and functional specifications
  • Act as the primary interface between business and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of intent and scope
  • Support solution design by providing clear intent models, business rules, and acceptance criteria to engineering teams
  • Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, traceable, and aligned with enterprise standards and governance
  • Support refinement, planning, and backlog prioritization activities within agile teams
  • Validate delivered solutions against the defined business intent and requirements
  • Validate AI-generated outputs against business expectations
  • Strong understanding of BMP methodologies and frameworks (e.g., BMAT)
  • Ability to apply structured requirement validation approaches in an AI-driven context
  • Comfortable working in AI-assisted requirement engineering paradigms (gap analysis vs. traditional requirement creation)
  • Support testing activities by defining test scenarios, expected outcomes, and acceptance conditions
  • Analyze production issues and change requests from a business and intent perspective, supporting root cause analysis and resolution
  • Continuously improve requirement quality, analysis approaches, and intent modeling practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or functional analysis in enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to translate business intent into structured requirements, rules, and decision logic
  • Experience working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Solid understanding of system behavior, integrations, and constraints, sufficient to support effective analysis
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • High attention to detail and consistency across requirements and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple topics and stakeholders in parallel
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
